The icare Supporta Body Positioning Pillow (Wedge) is a small positioning support for situations where one specific area needs gentle, controlled support rather than a full-length body pillow. At approximately 38 x 25 x 8 cm, it can be placed behind the back, beneath the abdomen, between the knees or under another body area where a compact wedge is more practical than stacking ordinary pillows.
The cushion uses ActiveX™ material for responsive support and includes a removable insert so its height can be reduced when less lift is required. Breathable Vant™ fabric encourages airflow, while the zip-off cover is removable for washing.
When Should I Choose This Wedge?
Choose the Body Positioning Pillow when the support requirement is small and targeted. For broad support around the torso, hips and legs, the Supporta Body Pillow is more versatile. For upper-body or lower-leg elevation across a much wider area, the Supporta Bed Wedge is the better fit. For shoulder-specific post-operative positioning, use the Rotator Cuff Recovery Pillow.
Because this cushion is compact, it can also be useful as one component in a larger positioning setup. Where positioning is being used for rehabilitation, pressure care or after surgery, the overall arrangement should follow the user’s clinical plan rather than relying on a cushion alone.

Using a Small Positioning Wedge
The wedge should fill a gap or provide gentle support without forcing the body into an uncomfortable angle. If 8 cm is more height than needed, remove the insert and reassess the position.
