Choosing a wheelchair tyre: Use the complete size marking on your existing tyre, including any ETRTO numbers such as 62-203. Match the wheel and rim requirements as well as the size; tyres with the same nominal diameter are not necessarily interchangeable.

Choosing an inner tube: Match the full tyre size and valve arrangement to your existing wheel. Check whether the valve is straight or bent and whether there is enough clearance to connect your pump. Solid tyres do not use an inner tube and need a compatible rim and fitting arrangement.

If you are unsure, contact us with your wheelchair make and model and photos of the tyre size marking and valve. Follow the tyre sidewall and wheelchair manufacturer’s instructions for inflation.
