Overview

Rehasense Navigator / Server W Indoor Forearm Rollator

The Rehasense Navigator, also known as Server W, is an aluminium rollator with padded forearm supports for people who need a different support position from a standard hand-grip walker. It is intended primarily for indoor use and can also be used outdoors on even surfaces.

Also called a gutter arm walker or gutter frame, the Navigator / Server W supports the forearms on padded gutter arms for walking primarily indoors.

The local Large Wine-Red configuration has fixed forearm supports, a standard seat and a removable shopping bag. Choose TPE or comfort soft PU wheels.

Key Features

  • Height-adjustable padded gutter arms (soft PU forearm supports) and adjustable handles.
  • 150 kg maximum user weight.
  • Fixed forearm supports supplied as standard.
  • 46 cm wide seat at 62 cm height.
  • Folding aluminium frame with Click & Safe catch.
  • TPE or soft PU 200 mm wheels.
  • Lockable hand brakes and reflective details.
  • Shopping bag, stick/crutch holder and kerb step pedal included.

Why Choose the Rehasense Navigator / Server W Indoor Forearm Rollator?

The forearm pads provide support along the lower arms, with height and handle adjustment to help establish a comfortable walking position. Its folding frame and rest seat suit everyday use where a clinician recommends forearm support.

Fitting and Use

Have a clinician assess suitability and set the supports and grips. Check the fitted width and turning space at home. Keep all wheels grounded, fully open the frame before use and engage the parking brakes before sitting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a gutter arm walker?

Yes. Gutter arm walker, gutter frame and forearm support walker are common terms for this style of walking aid. The padded supports, often called gutter arms, support the forearms while the hands use the grips and brakes.

Which options are available?

Large in Wine-Red, with TPE or soft PU wheels. Both variants have fixed forearm supports.

What is the maximum user weight?

150 kg. The shopping bag has a separate 5 kg limit.

How do I choose the right size?

The newer NZ sheet lists forearm pad heights of 95–120 cm and handle heights of 95–130 cm. The recommended user height is 160–200 cm, subject to individual fitting.

Can it be used indoors and outdoors?

Primarily indoors; the NZ supplier also permits outdoor use on even surfaces.

Can I sit on the rollator?

The seat is for stationary rest. Engage the parking brakes before sitting and do not use the rollator to transport a seated person.

Does it fold?

Yes. The listed folded dimensions are 66 x 24 x 95–130 cm, depending on adjustment.

What is included?

Fixed forearm supports, standard seat, removable shopping bag, walking stick/crutch holder and kerb step pedal.

What is the difference between wheel options?

TPE is the standard option; comfort soft PU is offered for shock absorption. Rotating forearm supports are a separate optional accessory.

How much does it weigh?

The NZ sheet lists 9.3 kg for the standard configuration and a 0.34 kg bag. It does not provide a separate soft-wheel weight.

How do I care for it?

Clean the frame and wheels with a damp cloth and mild cleaner, dry afterwards and check brakes and fixings regularly. Follow the manufacturer user manual.
