Large Size and Sit-to-Stand Considerations

The local Server HD is a Large model with a 62 cm seat height and handles adjustable from 74–102 cm. A higher seat can make standing easier for some taller users, but it can leave a shorter user's feet unsupported while resting. Server HD or Athlon HD?

The Server HD uses an aluminium frame and is supplied in one Large size with a 55 cm seat. The Athlon HD uses carbon fibre, offers Medium and Large sizes and has a slightly narrower 51 cm seat. Both are 69 cm wide overall and rated to 200 kg.

Choose Server HD when the wider seat and straightforward aluminium construction suit the user. Choose Athlon HD when lower lifting weight or the Medium-size option is more important.

TPE or Soft PU Wheels?

TPE wheels are the standard firmer option. Soft PU wheels provide more vibration damping across paving joints and minor surface irregularities without pneumatic-tyre maintenance. Neither option changes the 200 kg capacity, and both are intended for considered indoor and outdoor use on suitable routes.
