Viking Folding Padded Shower Seat
The Viking Folding Padded Shower Seat is a wall-mounted shower seat with a 304-grade stainless-steel frame and sealed waterproof padded surface. It folds upward when not in use, leaving approximately 13 cm projection from the wall.
Padded or Standard Viking Shower Seat?
Choose the Padded Shower Seat when extra cushioning is important. The standard Viking Folding Shower Seat uses a simpler wipe-clean PVC top, while this model adds a sealed waterproof padded vinyl surface without changing the overall wall-mounted folding concept.

Installation Matters
The wall and fixings carry the user's load. Installation should be completed by a suitably qualified person using fixings appropriate to the wall construction, and the seat should not be used if there is any movement or damage.
Comfortable Positioning in the Shower
Viking Folding Padded Shower Seat can make washing more manageable by providing a defined seated position and reducing the time a person needs to remain standing on a wet surface. When choosing a shower seat, consider the user’s preferred transfer direction, the amount of trunk or arm support required, and whether a caregiver needs room to assist from the front or side.
Measure the shower area carefully, including door openings, wall clearances and the location of taps or screens. Height-adjustable models should be set level, with every adjustment point fully engaged. Wall-mounted products require installation into a structurally suitable surface by a competent installer. Keep rubber feet or contact surfaces clean and inspect the seat regularly so it remains stable during everyday use.
