Viking Wall-Mounted Folding Shower Seat
The Viking Folding Shower Seat is a wall-mounted stainless-steel shower seat with a wipe-clean PVC top. It folds upward when not in use, leaving approximately 13 cm projection from the wall in the folded position.
Standard or Padded Viking Shower Seat?
Choose this standard model when you want the simpler wipe-clean PVC seat surface. The Viking Folding Padded Shower Seat uses the same wall-mounted folding concept but adds a sealed waterproof padded surface for users who prefer extra cushioning.

Installation Matters
The wall structure and fixings carry the user's load, so correct installation is essential. The seat should only be installed into a suitable structurally sound wall using fixings appropriate to the wall construction.
Comfortable Positioning in the Shower
Viking Folding Shower Seat can make washing more manageable by providing a defined seated position and reducing the time a person needs to remain standing on a wet surface. When choosing a shower seat, consider the user’s preferred transfer direction, the amount of trunk or arm support required, and whether a caregiver needs room to assist from the front or side.
Measure the shower area carefully, including door openings, wall clearances and the location of taps or screens. Height-adjustable models should be set level, with every adjustment point fully engaged. Wall-mounted products require installation into a structurally suitable surface by a competent installer. Keep rubber feet or contact surfaces clean and inspect the seat regularly so it remains stable during everyday use.
