The icare M3 Medical Mattress is the softest, most immersive option in iCare’s M-Line medical range. It uses an edge-to-edge ActiveFloat™ comfort layer to increase envelopment around the body while retaining a firm XP Support base and reinforced sides for structural stability and transfers.
At 200 mm high, the M3 provides greater depth and immersion than the 150 mm M1 and M2. The ActiveFloat™ layer remains highly elastic under compression, allowing the surface to stay pliant as it contours around the user. A dedicated anti-shear layer and SlideSkin™ cover system are designed to reduce friction and shear during movement and repositioning.
