Overview

Power Seat Elevation for Greater Reach and Eye-Level Mobility

The Pride Jazzy Air® 2 combines Mid-Wheel 6® drive with power seat elevation, allowing the user to raise the seat by approximately 30.4 cm in 11 seconds. The chair can continue driving at up to 6.4 km/h while elevated, supporting face-to-face interaction and access to higher everyday surfaces.

Active-Trac® ATX suspension and the six-wheel mid-wheel-drive platform provide stability and responsive manoeuvring indoors and on suitable outdoor surfaces. A 61.5 cm turning radius helps with tighter spaces, while front and rear LED lighting improves visibility.

The Jazzy Air 2 has a 136 kg maximum user weight and a range of up to 27 km per charge. Width- and height-adjustable flip-up armrests, a height- and angle-adjustable headrest and an integrated adjustable foot platform support personalised everyday comfort.

Is this power chair available for delivery across New Zealand?

We can and do deliver to customers across New Zealand — however, mobility scooters and power chairs are more complex products and can be sizeable, so we generally recommend finding a local retailer who can provide hands-on service and ongoing support. It is also a good idea to trial a power chair before committing to a purchase. MoveSmart focuses its sales and servicing within the Central Plateau region, but we are always happy to chat. Get in touch and we can offer advice, suggest a trusted dealer closer to you, or work with you to tailor a solution.

AA Mobility Care Membership
Yellow Auto Centre building with AA Motoring branding under a blue sky.

AA Mobility Care Membership provides peace of mind with comprehensive cover for your mobility equipment.

Every mobility scooter purchased via MoveSmart Mobility Equipment now comes with a 3 year AA Mobility Care Membership!

Where a nominated mobility scooter has become immobile, the AA will attend and, and if they are unable to mobilise the scooter, they will either:

Deliver the owner to their home address and arrange for the mobility scooter to be delivered to the owner's home address as soon as practicable or, if the owner wishes to remain with the mobility scooter, the AA will arrange for recover of both the mobility scooter and the owner to the owner's home address by means of a taxi van. This service is free of charge to the owner, as the cost of the taxi is charged back to the AA.

The AA will not attend any mobility scooter that is immobile at the owner's home address which requires repairs to be carried out.

Mobility Van or Taxi Assistance

Within metropolitan areas only, where mobility vans are available, the AA will make all necessary arrangements to ensure both the owner and their mobility scooter are transported to the owner's home address (or an alternative address as specified by the owner at the time, providing that the distance to the alternative address is no greater than to the home address).

In order for the AA to provide service, the owner must remain with the mobility scooter until the AA Service Provider arrives.
